Delaware Becomes 11th Marriage Equality State

This afternoon Delaware beat out Illinois & Minnesota to become the 11th state to offer full marriage equality by a state Senate vote of 12 – 9. Delaware Governor Jack Markell (D) thereafter signed the legislation into law, saying “I do not intend to make any of you wait one minute longer.” It’s a historic moment for the LGBT community today folks!
