Kansas Lobbyist Admits to Union-Busting Agenda

In an era of states passing “right-to-work” legislation, unions need every ally they can get. That’s why – when a Kansas lobbyist was caught in an unexpected moment of honesty admitting to the Republican union-busting agenda – unions found an unexpected (and unwilling) ally in their fight to retain their rights. It puts to rest once and for all the absurd notion that Republicans are “protecting” workers by allowing big corporations to take away worker organization and striking rights. 
The senior lobbyist -from the Kansas Chamber of Commerce – spoke these words on January, 23: “I need this bill to pass so we can get rid of public sector unions.” Here’s the audio:
